How do I order a rug from your DVD Catalog?

Please understand the DVD Catalog is a guide of the type of rugs we have available. If you are intersted in a particular piece from our DVD Catalog, please email us the item number. We will then contact you to inform you if the rug is still available. If the carpet you are interested in is no longer available, we will do our best to try to find you a similar piece.

How long will it take to receive my rug once I place my order?

It depends on whether or not we have the item on hand in the US. Some of our catalog actually contains carpets still in Afghanistan. A shipment from the Afghanistan to the United States typically takes up to three weeks.
